Mississippi e-Business Innovation Center

The mission of the Mississippi e-Business Innovation Center is to drive science and technology-based economic development for the state of Mississippi. To accomplish it's mission, MBIC has created the Mississippi e-Business Innovation Center (MBIC), an infrastructure providing central Mississippi technology companies access to a wide network of resources. Located near downtown Jackson in JSU's e-Center, the MBIC will become home to Mississippi's future technology leaders and you can be one of them.

Our mission is to assist clients in the formation and development of new enterprises and enable them to succeed. As champions of science and technology economic development, we promote and nurture emerging technology companies to become independent, self-sustaining, long-term successes in order to provide higher wage jobs in Mississippi.
